Ian Rappaport of the NFL has reported that the Cleveland Browns are going to sign former Houston Texans safety Rahim Moore.
Moore appeared in seven games for the Texans in 2015, where he recorded 16 tackles, on interception and two pass defenses.
Moore, 26, signed a three-year, $12 million contract that included a $3 million signing bonus with the Texans back in March of 2015. He was set to make a base salary of $2.85 million in 2016 when he was released by the tean.
Moore's releasing freed up $2,068,750 in available cap space for Houston.
