Eagles DE Connor Barwin says 'Sam Bradford will be here today'

QB Sam Bradford will reportedly be with the Eagles on
Monday.

PHILADELPHIA, PA - Philadelphia Eagles DE Connor Barwin told Sports Radio 94 WIP in Philadelphia that QB Sam Bradford will be back with the team on Monday, ending his short stint away.

“He’ll be here today. I talked to him. He’ll be here this week — he’ll be here today,” Barwin told Howard Eskin on Monday’s 94WIP Morning Show. “I feel like I’m the Sam Bradford like news — reporting for Sam. But yeah, he’ll be here today."

“At the end of the day, all that we really care about in the locker room is who is the best quarterback who is gonna help us win games,” Barwin continued. “And I think right now we’re excited and we know we draft Carson Wentz, but I think most of this locker room — or if not all of us — understand that Sam is our starting quarterback and he’s gonna be the best quarterback to help us win next year. So we’re all excited to have him back.”

Bradford has also reportedly informed Eagles personnel he'll be back in Philadelphia this morning.
