Quarterback Tom Brady of the New England Patriots, defensive end Stephon Tuitt of the Pittsburgh Steelers and kicker Dan Carpenter of the Buffalo Bills are the AFC Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week for games played the 11th week of the 2016 season (November 17, 20-21).
Brady completed 24-of-40 passes for 280 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions in the victory at San Francisco. It was the 21st time in his career that Brady has thrown four touchdowns without an interception.
Tuitt had a single-game career-high two and a half sacks for a loss of 16.5 yards, six tackles and four quarterback hurries, both season highs for him. He also had a bone-crushing hit on Josh McCown following a scramble by the Browns quarterback.
Carpenter accounted for 10 points in Buffalo's 16-12 win in Cincinnati. The 10 points tied for the highest total among AFC kickers in Week 11 (Chris Boswell - Pittsburgh). Carpenter also vonnected on 3-of-3 field goal attempts including a 54-yard field goal to give Buffalo a 13-12 lead in the third quarter
