The NFL is currently reviewing a play from Sunday in which Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict appeared to dive at the left knee of New England Patriots tight end Martellus Bennett, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Bennett had his back to Burfict, and it looked as if the linebacker intentionally dove at Bennett.
Burfict missed the first three games of this season due to a suspension he incurred for repeated violations of player safety rules.
